If something arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, tell us and we will put it right.
How long you have
You have 15 days from the day your order arrives to start a return.
How refunds are paid
If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will refund you.
Starting a return
- Find your order number — it is on your confirmation email, or under track an order.
- Message us with that number, what went wrong, and a photograph if something arrived damaged. Ways to reach us.
- We will reply with what happens next. We usually reply within 20–36 hours.
